About Us

Alex is a former U.S. Army Ranger who served with the 75th Ranger Regiment, and he has been in the Columbus real estate business since 2007. In a Fort Benning town that background is not decoration — it is why he understands what a report date does to a family, and why the company built its practice around owners who never planned to be landlords.

He writes most of what appears on this site, including the property management guides for Columbus, Phenix City, Fort Mitchell, Harris County and the rest of the Chattahoochee Valley.

Patricia moved here from Romania and began working with Premier Realtors in 2016. She was quickly moved up into the position of Property Manager and was able to adapt to her new role instantly. She has mastered the ins-and-outs of the property management business over the years and has the knowledge & experience to ensure complete satisfaction for both owners and residents of our properties.

Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Kevin grew up in Chicago and moved to Georgia in 2009. He received a degree in information technology and is currently finishing his degree in Global Business. He joined our team in 2017 with a growing interest in learning about the real estate industry and helping pair families with their perfect home. Kevin believes Property management requires a strong work ethic, as it involves overseeing the maintenance, operation, and financial performance of real estate properties. He is also believes in great and fast communication to the needs of tenants, and owners, by being available and attentive, and responding quickly to requests or concerns.

Charito Rodillas - “Chat” joined the PROC team over a year ago as a virtual assistant from the Phillipines to help with the rental department! She is in charge of tenant/customer support, repairs and maintenance coordination and applicant correspondence. With more than 12 years of customer service experience, Chat has become a valuable component in handling the day-to-day interactions between both tenants and owners alike.
